Marmalade teriyaki pork recipe

I have lots of citrus trees in my garden so I made homemade marmalade jam for myself the other day.

(I picked these citrus yesterday from my garden.)

BUT I don’t eat toast for breakfast and now I have marmalade…SO…I made this…

“Marmalade teriyaki pork”

It took only 10 minutes and turned out like a restaurant dish! So…if you don’t feel like cooking tonight…JUST COOK THIS.

【Ingredients】 – serves 2

2 pork steaks

1 knob garlic

2 tbsp marmalade jam

2 tbsp SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce (or Gluten Free SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce)

1 tbsp olive oil

pepper to taste

【Marmalade teriyaki pork recipe】

1: saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown.

2: add pork and fry for a few minutes on each side – under medium heat

3: add  marmalade & SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce then lower the heat.

4: cook it until the sauce is caramalised.

For a quick side dish, I sauted mushrooms & asparagus. Simply fry sliced mushrooms and asparagus in one tbsp butter & 1 tbsp SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce. YUM!
