OMG!!!! We got given ” A WHOLE TUNA” last night from a friend from our neighbourhood. Kelvin is from online fishing charters Melbourne (http://www.onlinefishingcharters.com.au/).
So….we had a sashimi party! Look at the size of this tuna!!
This was my first time to cut up a whole tuna. Our son helped as well.(our son started cooking since he is 1 and half years old)
A Sashimi party is MUCH easier than a hand rolling party because you don’t have to make any hand rolls…instead all your visitors put sashimi, cucumbers, avocado etc etc…on top of sushi rice. Impress your friends with this (easy) delicious Japanese style party.

One of our customers (a Japanese lady) came to pick up some sauces while we were cutting up the tuna so I gave her some. This is the comment she texted me a few hours later↓↓↓
